A short post for you here. Just wanted to let you know about these two perfect loafers that Gucci just released. A perfect chocolate brown suede and a pretty unique blue suede as well. Both are in their Jordaan style/last (a modernized version of their classic 1953 horsebit loafer).
Due to supply chain constraints, it’s been quite some time since Gucci has had any real array of their horsebit loafers readily available for purchase, so this is quite nice to see. What's not so nice to see? Their ever increasing, frankly ludicrous price tag of $930 now. Are they worth it? I guess you can decide that. Truly, no one makes a loafer like this. No one does it like Gucci. These shoes are… something else and in a league of their own. Worth almost $1,000? I would say not, however.
Luckily, there is always eBay… (eventually…)
